In recent years, the rapid development of the internet and e-commerce has become the new norm of business. Consumers gradually shift from traditional stores to various shopping websites. Virtual trade need logistics to achieve physical displacement, excellent logistics services can improve customer satisfaction, thereby increasing sales, thus logistics service has become a very important part of the shopping site.However, in the early stages of development of e-commerce logistics, the biggest bottleneck is detention and damaging of commodities. Meanwhile, traditional logistics have be widely researched, while the study of logistics service quality shopping sites are still in the shallow. Therefore, how to evaluate logistics service quality of shopping websites has a very important value both in theory and in practice.Using a method integrating theory with practice, this paper selects the representative Bestbuy Online Supermarket as research object, establishing a complete logistics service quality index system and evaluation methods, then carrying on an empirical research. The results of this study not only can improve the logistics service quality for the shopping website, but also provide a mature approach for the future evaluation of the logistics service quality. To won the favor of consumers there is a great needs of impelling the third party logistics enterprises, improving the weak links and enhancing logistics service experience.Research ideas in this paper are:firstly, after reviewing the concept of service quality, service quality based on the Internet and logistics service quality, combined with research findings from scholars at home and abroad and qualitative interviews with consumers, according to the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper sum up 5 evaluation dimensions in logistics service quality of Bestbuy Online Supermarket: the delivery time quality, delivery personnel quality, delivery flexibility, delivery completeness, error handling capabilities. Then using SPSS 19.0 to forecasting and purifying the indicator system, and ultimately formed an evaluation system with 5 dimensions and 19 indicators.Secondly, after collected 153 samples, this paper uses AMOS21.0 software to build structural equation model (SEM) based on the evaluation. After fitting successful, this paper use factor loadings to derive index weight. Then the evaluation model was applied to empirical analysis to evaluate the logistics service quality of Bestbuy Online Supermarket.Finally, after analyzing the results of evaluation, this paper points out the most valued aspects of consumers and shortcomings of corporates and help Bestbuy Online Supermarket to improve the quality of logistics service.
