Debon Logistics Enterprise Logistics Service Quality Evaluation Studies

Logistics service is very important for the development of enterprises.How to provide good logistics service and how to evaluate logistics service quality is not only related to enterprises’ long-term development strategy but also related to the management ways on service quality in logistics enterprises.Bad service often leads to customers’ complaint in Debon Logistics, which leads to the loss of customers and hampers the development of Debon Logistics.Therefore, it is necessary that Debon Logistics establishes an evaluation index system on logistics service quality and establishes an evaluation model.The evaluation index system and evaluation model will play an important role in the improvement of logistics service quality in Debon Logistics.This paper first analyzes the main logistics service on Debon Logistics,and finds out deficiencies of logistics service on Debon Logistics.Based on this,an evalution index system for Debon Logistics is constructed.Through the empirical reasearch on the customers of the Debon Logistics,and statistical analysis of collected data from the questionnaire,the evalution index system is modified using exploratory factor analysis.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the evaluation index system, logistics service quality evaluation model is set up on Debon Logistics.Use AMOS17.0 to fit the model and data and through serveral experiments improved the evaluation model continually,eventually fit the model and data.Therefore, verify the validity of the evaluation index system.Some management suggestions is put forward to Debon Logistics based on the improved evaluation model: improve response logistics services;set reasonable prices; enhance the reliability of logistics services;and enhance the collaboration of logostics services.
