Along with the fast development of market economic, The competition between the companies become increasingly, especially in Chinese beer industry, The foreign beer company come into China depending on the capital, brand and the advantage of scale, They are fast growing into the beer market, How to improve the competition and make a greater international influence for the domestic company, It should be fully considered in the establishment of company’s financial strategy. By the way of merger and acquisition to enlarge the self-scale, improve the competition in beer industry and lead the war to the oversea, It is essential road for the Chinese Beer industry to come into healthy development and self-strong.We took Tsingtao Beer merger Baotuquan Beer as example by the method of case analysis. It try to find the regularity by the way of the company’s attendance and interview, describing the merger case and counting the statistics data. From the determination of company’s strategy. We explored the financial pattern and financial strategy method of Tsingtao Beer by analyzing the motivation, the value of strategy.This article includes 6 parts. The chapter 1 illustrated the reason, question and the practical significance and theory value. Chapter 2 is theoretical review and team theory. It started from the theory basis of company’s merge and found the theory focus in theoretical review and team theory. The chapter 3 described the merge case, found and generalized the problem in the case. It illustrated the development of Tsingtao beer, described the process of Tsingtao Beer merger Baotuquan Beer and the opinion of this article for the strategy of Tsingtao Beer merger Baotuquan Beer, Chapter 4 discussed the strategy value of merge case and the influence that the merge behavior act on the financial strategy of Tsingtao Beer. For example, Choosing the financial strategy based on cost-effective rules, Gaining the intangible assets in merge strategy, Choosing the cost-effective rules in financial strategy, Keeping the harmony between the financial strategy and company’s development and analyzing the financial crisis of the company merge, These are the core of this article.
