This thesis is themed on motivation system optimization of Corporate banking services practitioners in Construction Bank branch in SC province and is finished on elaborate analysis and research of the current system.Corporate banking affairs is the important part in Construction Bank branch in SC province.It supports Construction Bank branch in SC province developes healthily and high-speed.After the share merger reform,Construction Bank branch in SC province took efficiently motivation System,and developed well in corporate banking affairs.For the past few years,with the developing of the other banks and the changes of the market environment,Construction Bank branch in SC province had been surpassed,and many corporate banking services practitioners become job hoppers.This thesis combines with motivation system theory of knowledge, analyzed, the root of the problem, and provided the original excitation system proposed measures for its improvement.This thesis consists of five parts: In the first part, this thesis states background and significance of the research; In the second part, it focuses on comments on motivation and incentive theories and motivation theories learned in business administration. The third part is analysis of status and existing problems of current motivation system in Construction Bank branch. In the fourth part, the thesis states necessities of motivation, concludes principles of motivation and optimizes the current motivation system with combination of motivation theories.In the last part, the thesis proposes some implementation measures.
