As an important part of the supply chain cost, optimizing the cost of production, inventory and distribution has always been the core content of supply chain optimization. With the rapid development and full use of internet and information technology, it’s more convenient to share information for the supply chain parties in a deeper level of supply chain cooperation. The joint optimal scheduling of the production-inventory-distribution integrated system becomes a problem to be overcome in the research field of supply chain. In this case, the paper mainly discusses the production, inventory and distribution joint optimization problem for the assumption of the specific production environment.We first suppose that manufacturer uses single machine mode for the production of the products, and study the scheduling problem with the minimization of the retailers’ early time cost and tardy time cost considering the raw material supply constraints. To this kind of NP-hard problem, we build the mathematical model and analyze the characteristics that the optimal solution should possess. Then with the help of Tabu search algorithm, we propose the CTA-TS algorithm for solving the problem and show the effectiveness of our algorithm to the existing algorithm by a lot of experimental data.Then we expand to the parallel machine mode, and study the scheduling problem with the minimization of the retailers’early time cost and tardy time cost. This is also a kind of NP-hard problem, we build the mathematical model and analyze the possible solutions for the problem. Based on the algorithm to initial solution and the neighborhood transformation rules, we propose the simulated annealing algorithm and verify that our algorithm can provide the solutions of high quality by random data.
