With the improvement of supply chain level, the competition between enterprisesbecoming strengthened, how to reduce the costs of enterprise’s own production anddistribution, improve the efficiency of distribution and be able to survive in the competitiveenvironment and development become the main problem faced by every enterprise. Theresearch techniques of production, warehousing, distribution in stages has been relativelymature, but the whole supply chain research is not particularly outstanding, people can notfundamentally solve the problem well, how to improve the overall level of supply chaincoordination has turned to the research of several stages of supply chain.This article aims to set up the model to solve the problem of production and distributionof the enterprise the coordination. First of all, the paper analyzes the theoretical backgroundof production, distribution and the coordination, then puts forward the research direction andfocus coordination of production and distribution problem. Second, lists for a production anddistribution coordination problem with many factories–many distribution centers–manycustomers, considering the limitation of factory production capacity, distribution capacitylimit and the limitation of customer requirements, the main purpose of the study is to build areasonable and efficient production and distribution strategies, so that enterprises factoriesmaking reasonable production plan, inventory planning and distribution, finally realizes theminimum total cost in the supply chain. This article mainly adopts the tabu search algorithmwith the method of combining the genetic algorithm, considering the linear relationshipbetween the production and distribution, collaborative optimization of production anddistribution model is established and the simulation experiment. Finally, through a set ofnumerical example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the theoretical model,according to the simulation results, proved that the production and distribution collaborativeoptimization and distribution process for the production plan to reduce the overall cost ofsupply chain effect is obvious.
