The Personal Loans Centre Process Optimization Study Of CCB Zhejiang Branch

In recent years, the personal loan business as an important part of domestic Banks’ business of assets, because of its low risk, income stability and long term to the attention of the commercial Banks. Zhejiang branch of CCB has set up a personal loan center as a personal loan business of hangzhou in the background centralized processing mechanism, how to use this platform to improve the competitive power of the personal loan business is one of the important link to improve personal loan business processes and process management ability, from all aspects of the process, not only improve the efficiency of the process, but also can reduce the risk, it is also the core content of this study.This article first elaborates the 6σ theory, combined with the practice of domestic and foreign Banks application of six sigma management experience, and then based on the analysis of the construction bank zhejiang branch personal loan center business,based on the personal loan business process related staff 43 interviews and data analysis of 108 valid questionnaires, Diagnosed with business process links and process management problems existing in the two aspects are analyzed the causes of these problems, based on the DMAIC personal loan of center business process optimization, and the optimized process, set up quality control system, foster a sense of long-term, continuous optimization process.In this paper,on the basis of practical experience, using the method of six sigma DMAIC for a personal loan business process optimization, process standardization, specialization, clarity of goal, improve customer satisfaction and employee enthusiasm, the construction bank in the domestic commercial bank’s core competitiveness. Not only to improve their business is dealt with by zhejiang branch of CCB process has a certain value, at the same time for other bank personal loan center of process optimization has reference significance.
