| From 2011, JS bank Shandong branch have started to construct the personal loan center, and for now have been completed and accepted by 133 centers building a solid foundation platform to develop the intensification and standardization of retail credit business. But, in the process of construction and promotion, personal loan center constantly exposed the defects and problems of mechanism, system and technology. So that, on the operation, low business processing efficiency, poor customer experience and not to carry out the risk controls requirements affecting the healthy and sustainable development of business in the future.In order to improve competition ability in the personal credit business market and fundamentally solve the problems of business development, this paper using the process optimization theory from the process design, optimization of implementation and continuous improvement in several aspects, together with the present situation of JS bank personal loan center business process, researches the whole process optimization of personal loan business in JS bank, analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the development, puts forward the improvement targeted and strong operability suggestions aiming at the defects in the operation of the process, and is a high quality theory research and guidance.Through the research and analysis, this paper conclude that JS bank Shandong branch have to optimize process to rapidly develop the personal credit business, simplify internal operation process, improve customer service levels, strengthen risk control, win the level of competition and create value maximization. For further development, JS bank Shandong branch need stay focused on running status of the personal loan business process, master a variety of tools of process optimization, make full use of big data application advantages and promote the development of business innovation to enhance the competitiveness. |
