Research On The Paths Of Ascension Of Construction Enterprise Competitiveness In Xinjiang

Construction industry is possessed of important status in national economy, its healthy development plays a very important role in the sustainable development of economy. Construction enterprises are the cells of construction industry, they have important effects on the development of construction industry but also good functions on the regional economic development. At this stage in Xinjiang’s construction market the competition is very fierce, the reasons cause the Xinjiang’s construction enterprises at a disadvantage in the competition are various, it urgently needs to improve the competitiveness in Xinjiang’s construction enterprises.First of all, this paper analyzes the historical causes for the present situation and the environment of the Xinjiang’s construction enterprises, then proposes the key points in promoting competitiveness which promotes their own ability of Xinjiang’s construction enterprises.Second, after confirming the clear aims at the promotion of the Xinjiang’s construction enterprise competitiveness, this paper which is based on the theory of enterprise value chain and combines with the characteristics of construction enterprises constructs the construction enterprise value chain, identifies the key activities and defines the ability of carrying out the key activities. On this basis, it designs the questionnaire and conducts a survey to determine the evaluation index system of construction enterprise’s ability. After the ability of construction enterprise index system is determined, it adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the weight of each index, eventually construction enterprise ability evaluation model is constructed. After that, capability maturity theory is introduced, it combines with the evaluation index system to confirm the construction enterprise capability maturity framework. Through the interview investigation, this paper determines the best practices of each key process under the maturity framework.Last but not least, based on the above research results which are the ability evaluation model and the best practices of each key process, this paper designs the implementation of the schemes of the construction enterprise competitiveness, and chooses the case study, this method is worth applying.
