A Study On The Risk Management Of Xinjiang Private IT Enterprises

Xinjiang private IT companies should achieve mix IT industry and business strategy, management, business together deeply and safely. And depth of cooperation with the mainland, push the advantages of Xinjiang IT industry to the mainland market, to raise awareness of Xinjiang IT industry, attract the real development needs.According to the current development of Xinjiang, give the full play to the geographical advantages,market advantages, technology and resources advantages of Xin Jiang to promote rural information, enterprise informatization and the development of IT industry, make the multi-lingual as the breakthrough point in the future development of the software industry in Xinjiang,and strive to Xinjiang be the establishment of a multi-lingual country’s software outsourcing service base, and enhance the core competitiveness of Xinjiang private IT enterprise’s, promote regional culture and economy development in Xinjiang synchronously.Therefore, this paper based on the research methods which combine theory and practice, in the foundation of the research on development of the current domestic and international risk management and methods to solve practical problems systematically, look up the research literatures of outstanding IT industry risk management, make a preliminary understanding of IT Industry and risk management,and get in a comprehensive understanding of the risks involved in the type and scope of IT industry,and organize a list of IT industry risk. Analysis the private IT enterprises if or not exist a similar risk,and make a further interviews in the typical enterprise of the IT industry, and get a preliminary understanding of enterprise risk type and degree of influence, and combined the internal with external situation, finally select the most suitable business risk factors on reflecting the actual situation and business features in Xinjiang Private IT enterprises. This paper research the risk of private IT enterprises from all-wave and multi-angle, and build a comprehensive risk management system which covering all sources of risk, actual needs of private IT enterprises, and higher feasibilityIn this paper,the source of data all comes from the actual survey in private IT enterprise of Xinjiang. We come to know the manner of Private IT enterprise profile, features, risk management by interviews and online respondents, and collect the opinions of entrepreneurs about the integrated risk factor in the IT industry, use of SPSS software analysis the reliability index system, and use levels analysis to process the date which adapted the reliability analysis, then provide guidance to company,which make this study full of practical significance. At last,make Y company as a example,analysis the risk management profiles, SWOT analysis and LEC evaluation detailly, give some risk management recommendations to Y company,and reflect the importance of risk management.
