With the nationwide popularization and spread of online shopping as a new mea ns of making purchases, especially with college students becoming major participants in online shopping, problems with the last-kilometer services have become the biggest hindrance to the interflow of goods during campus online shopping. This thesis takes an integrative view and makes a probe into the top-level design for last-kilometer serv ices.By taking into consideration such synthetic field elements as integrated body, n uclear matrix, link key, the author makes an analysis and a design of the field and rout es for last-minute services in campus online shopping. The author makes clear the stat us quo of and problems with express delivery services on campus according to a refle ction of the causes, development and scale of online shopping. Then, the author make s an analysis of the questionnaire about college students reasons for and features in on line shopping. Next, the author suggests a creative scheme for making an integration o f the express delivery services on campus. Finally, the author makes justification for t he Tiny Post Office co-built by Xi’an Eurasia University and the Alibaba company. T hus the author believes that a win-win goal can be achieved for the colleges and unive rsities, the express delivery companies, and the students by adopting the new mode of inviting professional companies as a third party to participate in campus express deliv ery services and that the new mode of carrying out express delivery services can be of implication and inspiration to the colleges and universities as well as other communit ies.
