Consumers recently value the business service quality highly, and also began to put forward higher requirements for express logistics service after online shopping. The customer service level of express logistics which plays more important role in the process of customer service evaluation, has become one of the important factors for repeat purchase. In the express logistics industry chain, market is disordered, the industry rules are not standard, the level of the express logistics service enterprises to provide logistics service after online shopping is different, and the government can’t provide any reference to the express service standards, the ultimate online shopping providers will also be difficult to choose express logistics service. Therefore, exploring the key effect factors that are called the order parameter in each logistics link under online shopping environment, getting express company ranking by empirical simulation during the holidays distribution mode to online shopping, providing a ranking reference for online shopping is very practical.First of all, through reading the relevant research literature on express logistics service, the article analyzes the express logistics service process in the online shopping environment, and combines with the service process to analysis of multi-modal express distribution mode of online shopping, subdivides express logistics service system into several parts; secondly, synergetic order parameter theory is applied to online shopping express logistics service system, by variables screening and normalized, refines the order parameter of each logistics service subsystem, and then explores the intrinsic causal relationship between these parameters and other factors with important influence, establish the main feedback causality diagram of online shopping express logistics service system, namely the causality graphs of client evaluation subsystem, logistics resource subsystem, logistics service quality system. And accordingly analyzes the corresponding flow of velocity each subsystem. Thirdly, according to the principle of system dynamics modeling, dynamics simulation model of online shopping express logistics service system is established, and then to further explore the internal characteristic and the behavior trend.In the part of empirical research, the research objects are the five famous enterprises, and through the relevant information collection express number, the two variables "timely delivery rate" and "logistics information update timely rate" can be obtained in the four quarter of2012data. Then according to the system dynamics simulation model constructed, the article isolates multivariable simulation model of system dynamics only in relation to the "timely delivery rate" and "logistics information update timely rate", making use of VENSIM PLE software, and input the model and relevant data into the software, finally get the ranking of logistics service system of each express enterprise.
