The Research On The Mode Selection Of Affordable Housing REITs

With the improvement of housing market and financial market, it is an important measure to construct the housing market to aggregate much finance to bulid affordable houses. In the developed country, building affordable houese with the aid of REITs has been perfected, like USA,Japan, etc. In comparison with these countries, the practice of China has just stepped out the first pace. The construction of affordable houses, in comparison with commercial houses, need much more finance. Due to the high price of housing estate, the construction of affordable houses is very necessary.However, because of the difficulty of aggregating finance, the construction of affordable houses meet tough problems. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce REITs into the construction of affordable houses, provide the construction with more money and attract the social odd finance to the REITs instead of directly investing in the housing market. With this measure, the price of houses will drop down. This thesis, with the aid of comparative lawstudy, regulation ananlysis and case study, is aimed to research on the mode of affordable housing REITs.
