| The logical structure of this thesis includes two main aspects:the basic research and summary about REITs financing model and the solution about the financing model of indemnificatory housing (the REITs model of Chinese indemnificatory housing).By referencing numerous REITs research materials, this thesis studied the complex REITs theories, based on the angle of discussion, there are three aspects can be claimed:1. The angle of finance:the basic theory of REITs, the features and factors of REITs as a financing tool2. The angle of investment:the basic motivation of REITs’development, attraction of investment and the distribution of income of REITs3. The angle of management and law:the organization model and management structure of REITsThe description about the three aspects above has been done in second chapter. at the same time, this thesis analyses the features of the REITs model of indemnificatory housing, and propose the main problems. Based on the research of REITs theories, the REITs model of indemnificatory housing has been claimed, and an assumed case is established which comes from a real case of provincial investment company. By discussing the feasibility of REITs model of indemnificatory housing, a promising thought about development of indemnificatory housing is proposed. |
