Governments to solve the social vulnerable groups again obtain employment more general methods for entrepreneurial employment.Based on entrepreneurship research as a breakthrough point, on the basis of field investigation, from micro main body factor about the present situation of land-lost farmers entrepreneurship, technology entrepreneurs to psychological factors, ability and entrepreneurship researches in four aspects, and to deeply understand the land-lost farmers themselves and the environment in the process of the important and difficult. Then, analyzed the influence factors of entrepreneurial farmers, set up a capability evaluation index system, land-lost farmers according to the construction of index system of entrepreneurial ability to empowerment of each factor, and calculate the different age, gender, level of education of land-lost farmers entrepreneurship is evaluated; And according to the different constructs the differentiation of entrepreneurs entrepreneurship entrepreneurial guidance mechanism. Finally from three aspects put forward the policy Suggestions to promote the land-lost farmers to participate in the entrepreneurial activity.After analysis it is concluded that: women, young and middle-aged, land-lost farmers with higher education ability is higher. High for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial opportunities for entrepreneurs to encourage them, entrepreneurship low necessity entrepreneurs of the business.
