Today, the coming era of economic globalization and knowledge—based economy provides a good opportunity for entrepreneurship, which has become an important part of economic development and increasingly becoming a strong driving force for economic development. With the accelerated urbanization process of our country, a large number of rural lands have been requisitioned; many farmers become land-lost farmers and a new entrepreneurial subject. This paper from the perspective of the land-lost farmers, explores the factors that impact land-lost farmers’entrepreneurship Intention through the empirical analysis to search for the production mechanism to motivate the land-lost farmers’entrepreneurship intention in the current economic condition. By reading relevant literature, combining with the previous research results and the practical condition of China’s land-lost farmers, this paper put forward a hypothesis entrepreneurial intention model for impacting the landless peasants’ entrepreneurship intention, including personal background, personality traits, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment. Through the survey of the276landless peasants at resettling area of Pi country and other surrounding countries, using the T test, one factor analysis of variance and SEM, the paper has verified and analyzed the proposed concept model and found the following conclusions:1. Among the background factors of land-lost farmers, the gender, years of work andexperience of entrepreneurship impact on entrepreneurial attitude.2. The achievement motivation of the landless peasants’personality traits has a positivecorrelation with the entrepreneurial attitude.3. The land-lost farmers’entrepreneurial attitude has a significant positive relation with theentrepreneurship intention.4. Business environment, business networks, entrepreneurial culture and policy support is ofpositive related to the entrepreneurial will.
