The Empirical Research On Corporate Social Responsibility From The View Of Financial Performance

For a long time, enterprise profit maximization is the focus of the business and social attention, in this goal driven enterprise rapid development, the whole society economy also achieved a qualitative leap. But with the rapid economic development and at the same time,extremely serious negative effects also gradually revealed. Such as food safety, product quality, environmental pollution problems, the phenomenon such as personal safety accident constantly with public nerve, these phenomena directly damage the public image of the enterprise, enterprise investment environment and increasing the social contradiction.In recent years, corporate social responsibility gradually aroused the concern of the government, and academia. But what about the implementation of corporate social responsibility and corporate financial performance very little correlation research, study one specific industry corporate social responsibility also has only just begun.In this paper, based on the study of the theory of the social responsibility, I have established the evaluation of enterprise performance index of the degree of social responsibility body structure. Based on the related factors influencing the social responsibility, corporate social responsibility has carried on the quantitative. In addition, the further use of websites designated by the CSRC annual report disclosure of public information, collection of electric power industry in China from 2009 to 2013, the financial statements of the data, for China’s electric power industry to perform the present situation of the degree of social responsibility and corporate performance of listed companies to research. Through systematic empirical research on the correlation analysis and regression analysis the influence factors of corporate social responsibility to fulfill, and corporate social responsibility to fulfill any relationship with corporate performance, and the related degree. Research conclusion of this paper on China’s electric power listed companies to better fulfill the social responsibility put forward suggestions.
