With the continuous development of technology-based micro and small firms in Hebei,The shortage of talent attraction has become a serious problems.This study drawing the theory of employer attractiveness into this issue to reveal the structure of employer attractiveness of technology-based micro and small firms in hebei.And then, this article analyse the difference of dimensions of employer attractiveness in demographic variables and self–esteem. Finally, the writer offer some advices to practice of enterprise management.In this study, the writer has used methods of questionnaire and Interview to collect data. With the help of statistical technology,such as exploratory factor analysis 、confirmatory factor analysis 、 ANOVA 、 latent variable path analysis, the study made a further analysis base on these data. The main conclusions are as the following:1. The employer attractiveness of technology-based micro and small firms in hebei consists of five dimensions: innovation value 、 psychology value 、 development value 、Income value and markting value.2. The dimensions of innovation value、psychology value、Income value and markting value are significant differences in the demographic variables compare to development value3. The level of self-esteem has a positive relationship with the cognition of innovation value 、 psychology value and income value compare to the dimensions of markting value and development value;On study of the relationship between the two dimensions of self-esteem and employer attractiveness,the author find that the degree of self affirmation in person has positive correlation with the five dimensions of employer attractiveness of technology-based micro and small firms in hebei. But the article not found any relation between Personal self-denial tendency and employer attractiveness...
