With the development of information technology, Enterprises are facing increasingly complex market environment. To get a continued development in the fierce competitive market, Companies need to change the market strategy to adjust and adapt to the new market. Organizational changes increasingly become the norm in the process of sustainable development. Most Research of organizational change often focus on the corporate strategic, and most people concern the change of the company’s profitability and competitiveness. From the micro level, few studies are from the employee’s point to analysis organizational change. Employees work as the final recipients and implementers of organizational change, so fundamentally affect the success of organizational change. Therefore, the present study is to investigate the process of organizational change, to investigate the relationship between the cognitive changes of employees’ rights and working pressure.According to previous studies, this paper analyzes the various effects of organizational change on employees. we selected cognitive changes in equity and pressure from the various effects as the two factors to be analyzed, By analyzing how the cognitive changes in equity affect working pressure, This study was to explore the way to help employees to let workers have the right Correct understanding about equity, So the employees in the organizational change process could correctly handle work pressure, and employee have a high level participation for organizational change, Thereby we can increase the successful implementation of organizational change from the employee level.Based on existing theories reference, we think employee’s right can divide into two parts, and one part is dominant right, and the other is hiden right. also work pressure can divided into four parts,inclouding Working emotional stress, Interpersonal pressure, Personal development pressure, Physical pressure. We Build a model of cognitive interests and pressure between the two factors. Through empirical analysis and Data collection, Through correlation and regression analysis, Changes in equity and the results affect the relationship between work stress.According to the results, in this paper,we suggest enterprises the way to improve the success rate of organizational change. Enterprises should pay attention to the degree of employee involvement. So that every employee should be added to the implementation of organizational change.In the implementation process,company should pay attention to protect the rights and interests of employees, and help employee to have a proper understanding of changes in equity.
