This paper firstly introduces the relevant theory definition and research summaryof the needs of employees, job stress, organizational loyalty and key employees. Inthese theories as a guide, this article identify corporate K core staff and makequestionnaire design and distribution. Then based on data obtained by surveys thischapter, using SPSS software and principal component analysis, makecomprehensive evaluation analysis toward K company’s core staff employee needs,jobstress and organizational loyalty. Finally, based on the composite score estimated inthe chapter previous chapter, this paper make empirical research in two areas:empirical analysis of sample characteristics’ affection on the employees’ needs, workstress and organizational loyalty; empirical tests of the relationship between corporate Kcore staff’s needs of employees, work stress and organizational loyalty.Through research, we find: First, corporate K core staff of employees’ needs,work stress and organizational loyalty has difference in individual and convergence incharacter; Second, the article analyzes differences of employee needs, job stress andorganizational loyalty in the different level of sample characteristics’ the gender,marital status, age, work experience, education level, jobs and titles;Thirdly, thepaper analyzes the relationship between needs of employees, work stress andorganizational loyalty.Finally, the article put forward five related solution proposals from the paysystem, shaping the work environment, employee training, employee performanceand standardization of construction.
