Research On Construction Of Long-term Care Insurance System In China

As China has entered the aging society, the elderly disabled special conditions are increasing and family size miniaturization, making the elderly long-term care demand in China is increasing. However the lack of care resources supply makes the nursing care of high-end and high cost, which give a heavy burden to individuals families and society.China’s current level of economic development and the social insurance system is still not decided to establish a nationwide unified long-term care insurance system social at the present stage, At present, the existing commercial long-term care insurance and the coverage is narrow, expensive and can not play its due role. Therefore, to find a suitable for China’s long-term care insurance system development is particularly important.The core of this paper is the construction of the development of China’s long-term care insurance and long-term care insurance system problem. Firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts of long-term care insurance and the supply of long-term care insurance system present situation in our country, then analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the development. Afterward it get the demand of the elderly long-term care and long-term care insurance through the questionnaire survey, and the data obtained the influence factors by empirical analysis, getting the influence factors of long-term care needs of the qualitative conclusion. Combining the virtues of America,Germany,Japan’s long-term care insurance development experiences and Enlightenment to our country, the ultimate goal of eventually put forward according to the current situation of China’s long-term care insurance system, which in order to achieve the social long-term care insurance and commercial insurance for long-term care insurance to supplement the multi-level, wide coverage of long-term care insurance system, and put forward the corresponding policies and suggestions in the process of constructing the system of suggestion, to provide some useful reference to the development of construction of China’s long-term care insurance and long-term care insurance system.
