Fundamental analysis refers to is based in the analysis of economic factors related to stock or commodity on the. This method tries to find the fundamental factors of price changes, and according to some economic factors to estimate of a stock or commodity is overvalued, undervalued or reasonable pricing, for securities, these factors including income, dividend, price earnings ratio or other related rate, coupled with a variety of balance sheet items etc.; for the commodity analysis including grain yield or the previous year grain balance scale, next year’s demand and competitive supply etc.. Technical analysis is the establishment of short interest in the performance of price,(for the securities trading settlement rights) and without(for futures trading) the actual market behavior based on the number and size. Technical analysts with the aid of diagrams and technical indicators help to analyze the market behavior, to help decide when to buy, sell or participate in market transactions.This paper uses the method of technical analysis, with the Dow Theory as the operation basis, combined with the fixed percentage of capital management strategy, spot gold is trading varieties, construct a set of spot gold trading strategies, respectively in 2014 October and 2015 February respectively for a month of transactions, and in 2014 October the trading results for the case,analysis of every transaction, to verify the effectiveness of the investmentstrategy, and compared the results in 2015 and February to study the stability of trading, spot gold trading strategies.
