Research On The Mode Of Farmers Loan And Its Influencing Factors In Changchun Area

From the Reports of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(NCCPC).resolving issues relating to agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the number one priority in the Party’s work, and integrating urban and rural development provides the fundamental solution to these issues.Today’s era of modernization and reform and opening up,”agriculture,rural areas and farmers”issue is still one of the nation’s issues.The solution of “Agriculture,Rural areas and Farmers”issues rely on the strong support and promote from finance.To solve these rural issues, it should be have a healthy, efficient and rational operation of the rural financial system, to provide adequate financial support for rural economic development.Increase the support for commercial finance of agriculture, improve the system of rural financial service.Therefore,rural finance is the key to crack these rural issues.Jilin is a big agricultural province of China,and Changchun the capital of Jilin Province.At present,there is a “loans difficult”and “hard loan”pattern that the demand of farmers producing credit and the supply of financial institutions.This research to influence factors of the mode of farmers loan as the theme, in combination with the situation of farmers loan, adopt the method of random sampling to investigate object, take the way of household questionnaire survey and field interviews to obtain firsthand data, using descriptive statistical analysis,aimed analyzing of the selection for the model of farmers loan will influence factors, and find out the factors influencing direction and extent, and finally, give the reasonable suggestion for the selection for model of farmers loan,so as to promote the development of farmer loans in Changchun area.The paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is introduction. Mainly introduced the research background and research significance, domestic and international literature review, research objectives and framework, research contents, technical route and research methods, etc.,and finally conclude the shortage and problems for this research;The second chapter is the analysis the model of the farmer loans in Changchun area. Mainly introduced the model of farmers loans; and analysis of supply and demand situation of farmers loan in Changchun area;The third chapter is the descriptive analysis of the influencing factors for the selection of farmers loan in Changchun area.Mainly based on questionnaire data,analyzing the influencing factors for the selection of farmers loan in Changchun area;The fourth chapter is research conclusion and suggestion.Mainly summed up on the basis of the theoretical research combined with the descriptive analysis,finally according to the conclusions proposed suggestions.
