With the logistics industry to become one of the main factors of economic growth in cities, space research for the logistics industry become more and more important. Logistics industry is the integration of transportation, warehousing,freight forwarding industry and information industry and other industries, it is an important part of the national economy, and is a composite service industry. Involving a wide field of logistics industry can provide more employment opportunities to the community, to promote the production and social spending. Logistics industries play an important role in promoting industrial restructuring, transformation of economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the national economy.In this study, based on the theory of agglomeration, Nanchang logistics industry agglomeration characteristics were studied and analyzed. By traditional statistical methods measure the agglomeration logistics enterprises in Nanchang index was calculated. Use of transportation, storage and postal services related to data analysis calculated location quotient Nanchang logistics companies were greater than 1,indicating the presence of logistics enterprises in Nanchang has agglomeration phenomena, and the number of workers in Logistics of Nanchang is higher than Jiangxi Province. In general, the value of location quotient greater than 2, or the value of specialization index greater than 0.5, the industry’s service is mainly for foreign service. By calculation, compared Nanchang logistics industry with Jiangxi Province logistics industry, its professional level significantly higher than the provincial average, so Nanchang logistics industry is a higher professional foreign service-based industry. Using data provided by the Logistics Association of Jiangxi, calculate the Nanchang logistics industry in 2012 and 2013 the industry concentration as follows:36.5% and 37.8%, according to the criteria for the classification can know, Nanchang logistics industry is highly concentrated market structure. Obtained using dynamic agglomeration index analysis of logistics enterprises in Nanchang 2005-2014 growth rate is: 0.1157, we can see Nanchang logistics enterprises as growth industries;logistics enterprises in Jiangxi 2005-2014 growth rate is: 0.0946. So logisticsenterprises in Jiangxi Province also belongs growth industries; Nanchang logistics companies dynamic agglomeration index: 1.2230. The result is greater than 1,indicating that the growth of the logistics enterprises in Nanchang is faster than Jiangxi Province average speed, explains Nanchang logistics industry has good development and good prospects, there have been dynamic agglomeration phenomenon. Using geographic information systems and logistics enterprises geographic data, analysis of the spatial distribution of Nanchang logistics companies comes gradually showed trends towards the outskirts of metastasis.According to research and analysis, and modeling and simulation, proposed the building of Nanchang logistics industry should start to reduce logistics industry operating costs and improve the efficiency of freight logistics, improve communications capabilities of the logistics industry, from the institutional system,technological innovation, logistics professionals in training, logistics-building training institutions, infrastructure, modern information technology, a wide range of applications, such as rational planning,And proposed construction plans of Nanchang logistics space layout pattern and agglomeration suggestions. |
