Study On Recreational Anglers’ Fishing Motivation And Behavioral Characteristics

In early twenty-first Century, the Ministry of agriculture made adjustments to the structure of fishery industry,with the progress of fishing breeding technology, the transformation of industrial upgrading speed and other factors,fisheries economic structure continue to be optimized,recreational fisheries in China production are also increasing. From this trend can be seen, the development of Fisheries combined with the field of tourism, is from traditional industry to the new direction of industrial development. The economic structure adjustment of production departments of fishery of our country, to promote the development of recreational fisheries in china. In the fishery development planning, the leisure fishery identified as one of the five major industries of modern fishery.On the one hand, the development of economic structure adjustment brings the leisure fishery; on the other hand, with the development of economy, people’s living standards continuously improve, the quality of people’s pursuit of life rise, people for leisure, entertainment and consumption gradually increased. Because of the novelty of recreational fishery, it’s increasingly popular. The main part of leisure fishing as a leisure fishery, more and more favored by people.Shanghai as an international metropolis, the construction in terms of the development of leisure fishery is more focused on the ornamental fish farming, leisure fishing and fisherman’s wharf. In recent years in Shanghai area, ornamental fish breeding and leisure fishing are all developing rapidly. The development planning of recreational fishing is mainly in the outer ring outside the district, Qingpu district is one of the important regional planning.The activities of fisheries, tourism, leisure is a set of recreational fishing, recreational fishery development is conducive to Qingpu fisheries industry structure adjustment, but also conducive to the development of Qingpu tourismindustry and other related industries. The study of Leisure fishery in China is late, research on recreational fishery is not deep, especially in the research of the market demand. For the analysis ofrecreational anglers in specific market segments is lack of empirical research. Therefore, fishing motivation and behavior characteristics of recreational anglers of great significance.Firstly, this paper uses the method of literature review. Through this method, studying the definition of recreational fishery, domestic and foreign research direction. Summarizing of literature, combining with the research method, clear theoretical knowledge, and research model developed in this study. Explaining the variables of the model, proposing the research model and research hypotheses, ultimately determine the questionnaire design and analysis method.Secondly, take the questionnaire survey, and combined with SPSS19.0 to analyze the collected data. Summarizes the five fishing recreational anglers motivation through the method of factor analysis, five fishing motivation were social practice motivation, relaxing motivation, learning and self-realization motivation, hedonic motivationand conformity of leisure motivation;By the analysis of variance, we finally concluding in different demographic characteristics(gender, education level, personal monthly income) significant differences inleisure motivations of recreational anglers; Through the correlation analysis, weobtained the leisure behavior and leisure fishing dynamic correlationbetween machines;Through the analysis of cluster analysis and list, will recreational fishinggroups into social realization and relaxed enjoyment. The different types ofrecreational fishing differences in leisure behavior of the group.Finally, summarize and analyze the results, and summarized the characteristics of leisure fishing groups. On the basis of analysis, put forward a proposal on therecreational fishing industry and relevant government departments. Andsummarizes the shortcomings of this study.
