In our country, turbot factory farming is mainly divided into factory water aquaculture and recirculating aquaculture.Factory water aquaculture is the main mode of factory farming, one-time feed water and drainage are the main features, relative to the factory circulating water aquaculture, factory farming mode drawback is that pollution is big, water drainage, small breeding density.Factory circulating water aquaculture parts for use in our country, but not the main pattern of factory farming.Today, facing the fishery resources are scarce, serious environmental pollution in coastal area,and factory farming to transform the situation, take the path of sustainable industrial farming is the future of the development of aquaculture in China will follow the path.There is no cost to join two mode completely after the economic benefits of comparative analysis, this article based on the pattern of factory farming mode and circulating water aquaculture water production characteristics, respectively, starting from the research Angle of view of enterprise and social welfare, cost benefit analysis and contrast the two mode two pattern differences.Data from this study countries were sole class industry technology system post team in 2013 and 2014, the industry economy of liao ning, he bei, shan dong and other turbot producing sampling investigation and tracing investigation of typical cases.The main research methods:(1) the comparison analysis.Of factory farming and water circulating water breeding cost benefit analysis, and to evaluate the economic further calculate the economic benefits based on full costs.the main conclusions of study are:(1) the turbot breeding producing some enterprises has its breeding pattern from factory farming water numerous, and fixed costs are relatively high, breeding technical requirements are relatively high, the breeding technology failed to effective communication is the important reason;(3) of the sample survey results show that: first, industrial circulating water aquaculture fixed costs compared with water aquaculture is 1.98:1, but its output is significantly higher than factory farming, water variable cost of circulating water breeding and breeding of water ratio of 0.75:1.Second, the factory water aquaculture mainly reflected on the variable cost, the cost of the fixed cost and variable cost per unit of production ratio 1.15:5.00.Factory circulating water breeding between the fixed cost and variable cost per unit of production ratio 1.68, 1.00, with the increasing variable costs of production will continue to decrease, eventually be able to effectively control the total cost of the increase.Again, consider the external cost of environment, factory farming total cost per unit of production water is 45.84 yuan/kg, circulating water aquaculture is 42.06 yuan/kg, circulating water production cost is lower than water aquaculture.Comprehensive the above results can be seen, the economic benefits of factory circulating water aquaculture both from the perspectives of enterprises and social welfare is better than the water aquaculture perspective.(4) the typical case analysis results show that the perspective of enterprise factory recirculating aquaculture farming total cost per unit of production is 44.64 yuan/kg, water aquaculture is 52.46yuan/kg.Under the perspective of social welfare factory circulating water aquaculture total cost per unit of production is 44.64 yuan/kg, water aquaculture is 54.83yuan/kg.No matter from the enterprise or social welfare perspective, typical case analysis result is consistent with the results of sample analysis.The circulating water aquaculture fixed cost per unit of production is higher than water aquaculture, variable cost per unit of production is lower than the water aquaculture, under the interaction of the two, circulating water aquaculture total cost per unit of production is lower than the water aquaculture.So factory circulating water aquaculture in terms of production efficiency, save resources more accord with the requirement of sustainable development.Based on the above conclusion, the main problems of developing industry at the present time, the countermeasures are as follows:(1) based on the comprehensive factors such as cost of high and low, technical difficulty, farmers should adjust measuresto local conditions, rational risk-averse, timely promoting circulating water aquaculture,in improve their economic benefits and promote the development of industry transformation.(2) give full play to the fishermen’s professional cooperatives, promote the development of circulating water breeding technology adoption and industry transformation.First, through the play of the role of professional cooperatives, help the individual farmers joint breeding, effectively control the cost, increase the farming income, eventually to improve economic benefit in aquaculture;Secondly, through the cooperative action of the play, reduce the transaction cost of circulating water breeding technology promotion training, promote the improvement of aquaculture technology,and further promote transformation and upgrading of industry development way.(3) the implementation of aquaculture pollution charge policy, promote the internalization of environmental costs in breeding production.(4) the implementation of the circulating water aquaculture technology subsidies policy, provide support to farmers breeding mode.(5) the guidance of aquaculture producers gradually circulating water aquaculture and the standardization of production management, improve the service efficiency of bait, control electric water coal cost expenditure, improve the seedling survival rate, and reduce the production cost, improve the efficiency of breeding.
