Research On Stock Investment Internal Control Of Sunshine Private Fund

With the fast development in the past two decades, private fund has been a significant part of Chinese capital market. It is of great necessary to control the risks faced by private fund for the interests of investors and the stability of capital market. This paper uses case study method to study stock investment business, which is the most important business of sunshine private fund. The study in stock investment internal control system offers two benefits. First, it reveals the current internal control situation in private fund, and provides methods to construct internal control system. Second, it offers practical proposals to reduce stock investment risks and raise the standard of corporate governance.Based on the fusion theory of internal control and risk management, this paper puts forward the goals of stock investment internal control and the principles of stock investment risk control, studies the main risks and corresponding identification methods of stock investment, including market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks, operating risks, legal risks, accounting risks, information risks and moral risks. Then, it tries to construct the internal control system on the ground of stock research procedures and stock investment procedures, which stresses in key risk points and relevant control methods. At last, it analyses the defects existed in stock investment internal control of corporation X, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvements from three aspects, which are feed-forward control, in-process control and feed-back control.
