X Private Equity Fund's Risk In Foreign Investment Projects

At present,the domestic and foreign private equity risk control research have certain base,much experience from the case analysis,the domestic private equity investment model introduced from abroad,at present is still in the initial stage,along with the development of the industry scale,associated risks,the government's regulatory from loose to strict,therefore,how to strengthen the foreign investment risk control of private equity funds,is to continue to study the problem.In China,private equity fund has not been developed for a long time.It originated from venture capital at the earliest.The first venture capital limited liability company--China new technology venture capital company,which was established in September 1985,can be regarded as the symbol of the establishment of private equity fund in China.Up to now,it has only been developed for more than 30 years.As a new investment model in the capital investment market,private equity fund not only creates high returns for investors,but also has high investment risks.This paper applies expert analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy matrix,SPACE matrix,etc.,based on principal-agent theory,modern portfolio theory,capital asset pricing model,arbitrage pricing theory and other theories,to study the case of X private equity fund's investment in H network broadcast platform.Through reviewing the case background,industry characteristics,etc,and related mechanism for the business on the basis of cost-benefit analysis,judgment,and identify the major risk factors,risk evaluation index system and the key risk weighting,to establish risk assessment and risk control scheme and the related control Suggestions,conclusion and summary case,for more investment project risk control.
