As the market competition increases, crisis is becoming a norm accompanying the process of listed companies management. While the impact of Internet on the communication form and public opinion environment, the crisis of listed companies are more likely to develop into a crisis of network public opinion, because of the involvement of capital market and multi-level stakeholders. Different from general enterprise network public opinion, listed companies of the complexity of the network public opinion showed more obvious. Therefore, the study of listed enterprise network public opinion crisis causes is particularly important.Based on agenda setting theory, crisis management, stakeholder theory and the financial behavior of interdisciplinary theoretical basis, the research usees various statistical analysis and case study research method, from "matter" and "evolution" two dimensions of the listed enterprise network public opinion crisis for static and dynamic analysis. Specifically, this study conducts a study of the network public opinion crisis "matter" from the "the enterprise properties" and "event attributes". The study also carries on an analysis of listed companies in different evolution stages of the crisis of network public opinion characterization and causes.The results of the study claim that listed companies network public opinion crisis is the evolution process of recession when "matters" spread risk in the process of evolution and then broke out. In this process, the listed enterprise network public opinion crisis often through the involvement of stakeholders and expands unceasingly. The emotional evolution of stakeholders and related issues of media and agenda change will provide impetus to the evolution of the crisis of public opinion. Based on the results, Suggestions and strategies are put forward how the listed companies copy with network public opinion crisis.
