Infrastructure networks, including transportation, power, communications, water supply and other infrastructure, they rely on each other and provide the most basic and most important protection for human social activities. With the technological progress and the economic globalization, the infrastructure network is becoming more and more complex, and the connection and dependence between the network is getting higher a nd higher.. The inter-correlation of the network greatly improves the overall efficiency of the infrastructure, but makes it more vulnerable to the conditions of various security threats. According to the vulnerability of the network dependence leads to the infrastructure network, this paper to power supply and water supply network as the object of study proposed evaluation method for a network infrastructure relationship between vulnerability.First of all, this paper based on complex network theory, a s eries of urban power network- network correlation network model is set up according to the physical characteristics and function characteristics of network power supply and water supply networks. The grid and network topology abstract rules, will the real world complex network and network is abstracted into simple network topology model. In the network topology model based on, combined with grid and network normal running condition, proposes the power supply correlation function, is constructed based on the function of power network function network model. Proposed in the model grid and network structure efficiency and function efficiency measurement and re defined an important node in the network and network vulnerability.Secondly, to a domestic city grid- water network and related network as an example, through the simulation experiment from the network fragile relationship between network and an important node in the two aspects of water network and grid on the entire infrastructure network effects. Ana lysis of the effect of relationship between network and network of electrified wire netting, a network and the entire infrastructure network vulnerability change, and relationship of network nodes of sort influence.Finally, in order to reduce the power supply network of water related function vulnerability, puts forward improvement strategy is feasible in two kinds of theories of interdependent infrastructure network, including the node capacity adjustment strategy and the strength of the correlation adj ustment strategy. The effectiveness of the two adjustment strategies is verified by comparing the changes of the vulnerability of the power supply water supply network and the water supply network.
