With the development of social economy, the performance has become the focus of concern of the social from all walks of life all in.Since performance is put forward, the enterprise or business unit managers first introducing the key indicators in the management and inspection system of the organization. Included in the enterprise organization management and inspection system of indicators in addition to job performance and psychological capital and emotional labor. These new indicators into for enterprise development provides a more and more opportunities and strength. Therefore, Many scholars on job performance or psychological capital or emotional labor has carried on the related research, but for the three research is few. SO, this article adopts the combination of documentary analysis and questionnaire method to explore the employees’ emotional labor, psychological capital and work performance influence relationship. At the same time, also from a new perspective of implicit psychological capital has on employees’ emotional labor and job performance were studied. The results showed that:(1)Different age stages, levels and positions of employees working life, their work performance is the existence of significant differences. Although gender has no effect on the psychological capital, but with the hope that the factor there is significant difference between;(2) The employee’s level of education will affect their psychological capital and emotionallabor. Bachelor degree of employees’ psychological capital, the highest level and master’s degree in employees of emotional labor strategy using the most reasonable;(3) Emotional labor, psychological capital and job performance there are correlation between each dimension, surface play a behavior and a negative correlation between these dimensions;(4)Emotional labor and psychological capital can predict dimensions of job performance to some extent;(5)Psychological capital plays a partial intermediary role on the relationship between emotional labor and job performance;(6) In the implicit psychological capital and emotional labor surface behavior exists a negative relationship, and deep play behavior has positive relationship;(7) Implicit psychological capital has a relationship between emotional labor and job performance.Thus, this study suggests that emotional labor, psychological capital and work performance are closely linked, among the enterprises or organizations in the assessment of the employee’s job performance should consider the various factors, especially the employees’ psychological factors. At the same time, enterprises should also actively develop staff internal mental resources, such as psychological capital and emotional labor, through their relationship with job performance to better use of their services for the enterprise.
