Emotional labor is a new research field of organizational behavior,and it is also an important subject in the enterprise and human resource management.Emotional labor is a kind of behavior that affects the physical and mental health,and it has important influence on improving the service quality and increasing the performance of the organization.So organizations should pay attention to how to scientifically manage employees' emotional labor,how to improve employee's work performance,and provide some guidance to help individuals to grow up healthily in the organization.This study made an empirical research program based on summarizing the literatures of emotional labor and job performance,put forward the research hypothesis,using the questionnaire survey method,with employees as the specific object of study,through factor analysis,independent sample t-test,single factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,understand the basic the status of the enterprise employees' emotional labor and job performance,discussed the mechanism of emotional labor and job performance.The results show that the main conclusions are as follows:(1)the surface behavior of emotional labor has a significant negative impact on job performance;(2)the deep emotional behavior has positive effect on job performance;(3)Emotional exhaustion plays a mediating role between emotional labor and job performance;(4)Emotional intelligence plays a regulatory role in emotional labor and emotional exhaustion.This study has studied the influence mechanism of employee's performance through emotional perspective,and the scientific use of emotional labor strategy has a significant impact on the promotion of performance,which provides the basis for the organization to plan and train the staff's emotional labor strategy.
