Controlled Environmental Agriculture is one of the concrete representations of modernized agriculture, and it is a kind of artificial protective facility, which makes agricultural production under controlled conditions. Controlled Environmental Agriculture is the sustainable development high-tech industry which is highly integrated by scientific and technological knowledge. It includes all aspects of modern technology, such as architecture, machinery, energy, materials, varieties, cultivation, breeding, information, management, etc, so that characteristics and potential genetics of flora and fauna are fully appeared. Achieving the goal of enhancing resource utilization, productivity and increasing social economic benefits, especially for the all-year supply of farm and sideline products like vegetables and fruits. Compared with traditional agriculture, controlled environmental agriculture is the significant reflection of modern agriculture and own the most special characteristics. And it is one of the marks to measuring the level of the development of agricultural modernization in a country and region.On the basic of previous studies, this article talks about the existing problems and developing direction of controlled environmental agriculture in Qinghe, Xinjiang. Firstly, stating the background and significance and clearing the value of the research. Fully learn the present situations of controlled environmental agriculture at home and abroad, and then summarize the developing conditions and propose the ideas and methods. Secondly, from the definition, classification and basic features to discuss the important role controlled environmental agriculture plays in the agricultural development. After doing the second research of the present controlled environmental agriculture situations, realizing the problems, potential development and constraints in developing process.So far, there are still some problems of controlled environmental agriculture in Qinghe region. For example, there is shortage of funds, heavier burden on farmers, low educational level and traditional concepts. On the one hand, there is lack of professional and technological person, the process of promoting is slow, mechanization is not popular, labor-intensive, brand awareness is poor, and standard of production is not perfect. On the other hand, the leading industries are not affecting its advantages; the low level of industrialization, technical information is not advanced, facilities are not complete, standardized and mature, and the environment exist many problems.By doing the deepen studies, I found due to the controlled environmental agriculture, the living standard and specialization production in this region are greatly increased. Meanwhile, the advanced and practical technology has been widely promoted. Although the controlled environmental agriculture is developing fast, it is not very mature. Seeing the problems, I propose some suggestions as follow: 1. to make controlled environmental agriculture adopt funds compensation mechanism, 2. to strength the education on farms and replace the old concepts, 3. increasing the number of the high-tech talent and perfecting the promotion agencies, 4. increasing mechanization and effecting production, 5. to enhance the brand awareness and optimize brand strategy, 6. fully play the role of the leading enterprise and improve profit mechanism, 7. improving the infrastructure and facilities and promoting development, 8. to enhance the ability of government and promoting the controlled environmental agriculture developing better.
