Logistics Cost Control Research Into Areas Of Tabacco Companies

With the development trend of market globalization after China’s entry into WTO, many powerful foreign enterprises will develop their tentacles into the domestic, and in addition, China has joined the Framework Convention on tobacco control, the smoking ban agreement has affected the domestic tobacco business market space, these two factors under some open domestic market environment show more bounded rational behaviors. To face the advanced management style of foreign tobacco enterprises, China’s tobacco enterprises how to have the realization of tax profit growth in the market, policy and other pressure increasing, and how to resist the foreign enterprise competition in the market, but as in the past to provide the good quality and services of product, then we need to find some new elements with more competitive advantage in enterprise management. As we all know, the development of any enterprise or even an industry can’t do without a fast and convenient logistics system, logistics has become a key element of the enterprise growth, if enterprises could have an great advantage in the management of logistics, that the enterprises would be blessed with it, so to reduce the logistics cost has become a new growth point of benefit. From the present study, logistics cost analysis has been widely used in the logistics management, tobacco industry is no exception, especially the logistics has to be the foundation for the tobacco commercial enterprise, and this is also the fundamental as the national bureau required for the modern tobacco logistics enterprise development strategy. This thesis was starting from the analysis of the logistics cost control, used the activity-based costing method to study on the prefecture level tobacco companies logistics cost control problem, and searched the effective method to cut the cost of logistics and to be energy-saving and efficiency-increasing for tobacco distribution in a small area.
