Study On The Optimization Of Engineering Project Labor Cost Based On System Dynamics

The construction industry is a pillar industry of the national economy, its booming plays an important role for coordinated operation of the entire national economy. However, with the economic life of the people improve the market competition intensified and the improve of social welfare system,the development of the construction industry gradually limited by rising labor costs, therefore, in the new market model of economic development, construction companies must pay attention to the serious problem that artificial costs continue to increase.This paper based on the existing domestic and international research projects related to labor costs, First of all,analyze the status of the project labor costs,based on this,analyze the elements and characteristics of the project labor cost system; Secondly, according to the complexity and dynamic nature of the study of labor cost optimization project,introducing the system dynamics, constructed causal diagram between the total cost of the project labor, by analyzing the feedback loop and the causes tree to identify the specific relationship between the associated costs choice of variables,create a system model of the foundation;After that, let a real project as an example, based on the analysis about the total cost of labor causal diagram at foregoing,draw out the project total cost of labor to flow chart model, by analyzing the relationship between the various parameters,edit the model parameters in the equation,based on this,surrounding the results of project labor costs Optimization, analyze the total labor cost model simulation results in detail. Finally, based on the research results of the full text,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the simulation results from the two levels of the enterprise with the project.This study has a theoretical innovation about the combine between system dynamics and project labor costs, not only help construction companies to seek and develop new measures to cope with the new environment about the rapid rise in labor costs, but also have crucial significance to let the China’s construction industry more scientific,rational and healthy development.
