With the rapid development of the economic, in order to adapt to the development of e-finance, China’s major banks start online banking. Commercial banks launched to attract a variety of personal and business products. Combined with the traditional banking business, online banking distributes to meet customer needs for banks’ products and follow the development of the Internet. The third parties rely on the online banking on the initial development, which is run by business and built on the basis of cooperation. However, with the requirements of customers of online payment been increasing, the online payment market competition, the existing online banking payment mode process is relatively complex; the core business is not strong. Although as the third-party payment agency, the third parties exhibit quick and easy operation and low transaction cost advantages in the field of saving time payment of costs. It meets the needs of small and medium businesses, and focus on the advantages to explore new services and markets. Resulting in the loss of some customers’ online banking, online banking and third party makes payment relationship from cooperation into competition.In this paper, the relationship between online banking with third-party payment is more and more obvious, mainly in terms of the competition and cooperation. Firstly, the paper bases on the study of the relationship between them and does the SWOT analysis, especially on the mechanism of cooperation and economic effects of online banking and third-party payments. Secondly, the paper analyses the factors which affect consumer use of online payment empirically, using the questionnaire method, thus revealing online banking and third-party payment causes of conflict, and describing the competitive performance of online banking and third-party payments. Again through the establishment of game model the paper describes the stability of complex dynamic and evolutionary strategies, determines the selection strategy. Finally the paper promotes online banking relationship with third-party payment competing policy proposals.In this paper, a competing online banking relationship with third party payment in-depth analysis shows. To further promote research competing relationship with third party payment online banking, the paper bases on the thesis development status of online banking and third-party payment, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of them. Then it draws their services crossing point. Next the paper analyzes cooperative mechanisms between online banking and third-party payment. Due to the emergence of more competition, paper uses empirical analysis, focuses on analysis of market competition in performance. It gets comprehensive and in-depth analysis of a conflict of interest between the two factors. Through the game analysis the paper hopes to find the ways how selects the final manners. And discover t policy recommendations to promote the common development of the two participants. To further safeguard the stability of the online payment market, the establishments of orderly electronic financial markets is important, all above are significant practical problems and have some practical significance.
