Research On The Enterprise’s Quality Of Information Disclosure Of Corporate Social Responsibility

With the rise of social responsibility movement and the development of market economy, corporate social responsibility is not only caused the attention of governments, but also associated with various stakeholders are increasingly focused on protecting their own interests, concerns the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. Since ancient times, the simple idea that food is important for people has deeply rooted people’s mind. This phenomenon reflects the masses satisfy the appetite of the survival instinct and reflects the high priority substances for the diet at the same time. For the food processing industry, corporate social responsibility to fulfill or not and the level of it are have close relationship to the food safety and quality of life of the people, but a series of food safety accidents, false propaganda event, labor accidents and environmental pollution problems sounded the alarm for us,and the require for corporate information disclosure of stakeholder parties are increasingly higher. Simultaneously, so as to build a good relationship with the main stakeholders to achieve the maximization of corporate interests, enterprises also pay more attention to the disclosure of corporate information, especially the information disclosure of corporate social responsibility.This paper draws on the very basis of previous experience, to make clear that the important of corporate social responsibility information disclosure by analysis the theoretical materials. At the same time, selected the report of the listed food processing enterprises of A share in 2003 and its annual report as research object, and studied the current situation of the listed food processing enterprises of A share.Combined with industry characteristics, the paper try to build an evaluation system features for food processing corporate social responsibility information disclosure,and take Shuanghui Investment and Development Company Limited for example to analysis the lack of social responsibility information disclosure, and response to the recommendations correspondingly.
