With the development of economy, the innovation has become one of hot research spot in theoretical circle and the corporate world, while feedback has obvious effects on individual innovative performance, especially the staff actively seek feedback behavior to improve the innovation performance more effectively. The effect of employee feedback seeking behavior on its innovation performance is becoming an important issue of concern in academics and management both at home and abroad, and a large number of abroad studies have shown that employees feedback seeking behavior have positive influence on innovation performance, while at home due to the lack of empirical research about them, it’s impossible to speak of study of the relationship between them based on Chinese culture. This research selected new staff as the research object, used empirical analysis way to study the 316 valid questionnaires. The results of analysis showed,feedback seeking behavior of new employees have some differences in demographic variables. Feedback seeking behavior new employees have significantly positive influence on employee innovation performance. And intrinsic motivation have a play partial mediating effect on the relationship between new employee feedback seeking behavior and innovation performance.Face perception play regulation function on the relationship between them. According to the results, this paper provided some suggestions about constructing the workplace environment conducive to feedback, actively maintain new employees face and encouraging innovation in order to promote innovation performance of new employees efficiently. This research also have some deficiencies on the scale of adaptability, sample limitations, no sample comparison analysis etc. I hope that the future research can make up for the deficiency existing in this research.
