At the present stage of development of the high-tech enterprise of our country is still not mature, the policy also need to be perfect. This article from the enterprise perspective, the innovation performance into the research variables, using micro data of industrial enterprises in our country, conducts the research to the export of high tech enterprises in china. The results show that the innovation ability of the enterprise more inclined to enter the export market to choose, and the enterprises in the export market behavior and sent to their own development, provides a new platform for the independent innovation of enterprises.
