With economic development and deepening of the international trade, the connection between countries increasingly close. The competition of science and technology, more and more become the priority among priorities of competition between countries. Since joining the WTO since, our country has been known as the "world factory", the majority of export products to labor-intensive. In recent years, with the growing national strength, continuously improve the capability of independent innovation. High and new technology enterprise occupied in the export increase, the period of economic transformation, China has been realized by quantitative to qualitative change, become truly innovative power.Firm heterogeneity theory proposes the new trade theory to a new level, form the system of the new-new trade theory. Emergence of new-new trade theory provides a theoretical basis for the development of current trade. High tech enterprises are the representatives of independent innovation, is an important force for a country to achieve the dream of innovation. At the present stage of development of the high-tech enterprise of our country is still not mature, the policy also need to be perfect. This article from the enterprise perspective, the innovation performance into the research variables, using micro data of industrial enterprises in our country, conducts the research to the export of high tech enterprises in china. The results show that the innovation ability of the enterprise more inclined to enter the export market to choose, and the enterprises in the export market behavior and sent to their own development, provides a new platform for the independent innovation of enterprises.
