Vigorously promoting the development of China's service trade is an important measure for our country to deepen reform and opening up,and for our enterprises to expand overseas markets,which is conducive to stimulating employment,promoting economic structure adjustment,driving economic development and improving the quality of development.In order to promote the development of trade in service effectively,our government has issued a series of guiding opinions and development plans in recent years.It is clearly proposed that consolidating the status of a big country in service trade and speeding up the construction of a powerful country in service trade should be regarded as-the goal of the development of service trade.Putting service trade in the strategic position in the development of open economy has created new development opportunities for the export of Chinese service enterprises.With the development of heterogeneous enterprise trade theory,the research on the factors affecting the export of enterprises is not limited to manufacturing enterprises.The export of service enterprises has become a new focus of attention by governments and scholars all over the world.Therefore,from the perspective of heterogeneous firm theory,this paper analyzes the current situation and changing trend of China's service export,explores the internal and external factors of China's heterogeneous service enterprises through empirical analysis and analyzes its impact on the export of our country's service enterprises.At the same time,this paper also conducts a classified study of service enterprises,focusing on the empirical results of SMEs and non-state-owned enterprises in order to get more pertinent research conclusions.First of all,at the macro level,this paper analyzes the current situation and changing trend of China's service trade export,and concludes the overall size,development speed,trade difference,structural characteristics and regional characteristics of China's service trade export.From the micro level,according to the statistical results of different types of enterprises,it is concluded that the small and medium-sized service enterprises have become the main force of export,the service enterprises have regional agglomeration effect,the foreign-owned enterprises have strong export tendency,the export proportion of wholesale and transportation industries is high,and subsidiaries and listed companies have more advantages in export.At the same time,the latest export policies of Chinese service trade are summarized.Secondly,on the basis of combing the existing research on the heterogeneity of enterprises and export of service enterprises at home and abroad,this paper synthetically selects the labor productivity,service quality,innovation and R&D ability,wage level,business.scale,and life span as internal factors,and network development,education level,foreign investment,industry competition pressure,financing constraints,political instability as external factors.These data are empirically tested from two aspects:export choice and export intensity.The empirical results show that:concerning the internal factors of enterprises,the labor productivity and service quality of enterprises has significantly improved the export participation and export intensity of service enterprises.The ability of innovation and research has significantly increased the degree of export participation of service enterprises.In terms of external environmental factors,the level of Internet development and foreign investment have significantly improved the export participation and export intensity.Finally,on the basis of the deep analysis of the current situation of the export of service trade and the influencing factors,the paper also carries on a classified study of the service enterprises,paying close attention to the empirical results of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the non-state-owned enterprises.The empirical results show that the empirical results of SMEs and non-state-owned enterprises are basically consistent with the whole sample.However,for SMEs,the ability of innovation and research is not the decisive factors to enhance the export participation of SMEs.For non-state-owned enterprises,foreign investment is not the decisive factor to increase their export intensity,and competition has a negative effect on improving export intensity.Therefore,based on the above findings,the policy recommendations on how to promote the export of service enterprises in our country are given accordingly.And this paper holds that the promotion of service enterprises export requires concerted efforts of the state,the government and the enterprises to improve the production efficiency and the service quality of enterprises.We should optimize the innovation ability of enterprises,speed up the construction of network infrastructure and make good use of foreign investment.
