| In the past decade, with the continuous development of national economy in our country, our country civil aviation also got great development. There are significant changes on both domestic passenger transportation and the workings of the flights, the rapid growth of the travel and flights has brought about great challenge to the service efficiency of airport terminal. Under the premise of satisfying the maximum flow of passengers, how to improve the efficiency of the passenger security service,reduce passengers queue waiting time and improve the efficiency of security system by adjusting the resources use efficiency of each section of security service process has a certain practical significance on improving the situation of passengers stranded for a long time, reducing the waiting cost and travel cost of passengers, saving operating cost at the airport and reducing the incidence of mass incidents because of crowded conditions.This paper based on the national natural science fund project, studies the terminal passengers security service process based on the LCIOWF(loosely coupled inter-organizational workflow)theory.This paper begins with the study of the terminal security service process of Harbin Taiping Airport, analyzes the screening method, the situation and time cost of the specific process node to the use of personnel and facilities needed for each link, under the premise of summarizing Petri nets, workflow and the definition and related theory of LCIOWF, establishes the model to describe security service process adopting the LCIOWF theory, and establishes the meaning of each parameter. On the basis of establishing the security service process model, verifies the structural reliability of model using workflow, random Petri net and Markov theory to prove that the model is correct. Under the premise of determining the structural reliability of the model, analyzes the performance of the model.With the optimization goal of reducing and eliminating the bottleneck process, This paper works out three kinds of optimization schemes, establishes security service process optimization model based on LCIOWF, and analyzes the performance of the model. And it gets the optimal solution and verifies the effectiveness of the security service process optimization scheme by comparing the analysis results, before and after optimization and comparing among the schemes. |
