After the middle of the twentieth century, the intra-product trade is occupying a prominent position. The international trade of automobile products industry is a typical example of intra-product trade. At present, the researches of automobile products intra-product trade are more concentrated in developed countries. This paper did some researches about the intra-product trade of automobile products in Japan, Korea and China. In recent years, China’s automobile industry development is rapid, but compared with Japan and Korea,China is relatively backward in technology, and at a disadvantage in the international division of labor. The research of the intra-product trade of automobile products in Japan, Korea and China has significant importance to enlarge the intra-product trade and optimize the trade structure toward Japan and Korea.This paper analyses China automobile industry development present situation and the intra-product trade of automobile products. Then from the intra-product specialization makes an empirical study of trade on Japan and Korea. According to the HS six digit code, automotive products in seventeenth categories, the 87 chapter, a total of 16 orders, 78 sub objectives, this study is about the first 10 to 51 sub objectives.Based on product differentiation, through the determination from 2002 to 2013 in Japan and Korea automotive products, analyzes reasons and judge types of products trade of a country’s point of view to analyze the trade commodity structure.Finally, the article put forward corresponding countermeasures on how to promote the intra-product trade of automobile products in Japan, Korea and China. Increasing scale economies of domestic automobile industry, paying more attention to foreign investment about our automobile industry and creating an environment of automobile industry technology innovation are necessary. The implementation of reasonable relative policies can promote the development of the intra-product trade of automobile products in Japan, Korea and China rapidly, healthily and sustainably, and the constantly enhancing intra-product trade will make the cooperation more profound and lasting.
