Guangzhou city strengthen management of designated medical institutions through a variety of ways, and achieved certain effect, but the designated medical institutions still induced demand, excessive medical treatment, limited service quantity, at the same time, it is still a big problem for the insured to see a doctor cheap and easy.Based on the research of domestic and foreign, combined with the actual situation of the management of Guangzhou city, this paper uses literature, investigation and case analysis and other methods to carry on a preliminary research to the designated medical institution management. The main content of this paper consists of five parts. The first part, the related concepts and theoretical overview of designated medical institutions in the management, the second part, through the view of game theory analysis of medicine, insurance, risk of three party relations, and expounds the basic viewpoints of the use of multi center governance in the designated medical institution management; the third part, focuses on the analysis of the present situation, the management of designated medical institutions in Guangzhou City, and discusses the problems and reasons existing in the management; the fourth part, introduced the domestic and foreign medical institutions designated management experience and put forward to the current situation of the Guangzhou city for reference; the fifth part, in view of the existing fixed-point medical institutions in Guangzhou in the management of problem posing has targeted solutions.This research to promote the theoretical research and practice of designated medical institutions management deeply, improve and enhance the management capacity of Guangzhou city designated medical institutions have a certain reference value.
