The Analysis And Optimization Of Mobile Software In Field Trial Testing

When mobile phone present a popular trend, people’s requirements on its’ performance and function are becoming divisively. In 2005, H Company began its phone business. But with sales grow rapidly, the competition which the company faced is becoming fiercely. The traditional processes of Filed Trail testing can’t meet the requirements of the market. Therefore, business process optimization becomes particularly necessary for H Company and domestic phone industry executives. In order to optimize and design a new process to adapt the company’s development needs, this thesis was focused on the following three aspects:Firstly, improve customer satisfaction. In order to analysis the existing problems, this thesis used the data which is based on the recent years of the company and gets the mainly problems.Secondly, according to the theories of BPI and Lean Six Sigma, used the test plan, bug management and communication problems as the example to discuss the specific application of DMAIC method to improve the process, and then combined with the BPI principle to design a new process of field trail test.The last one but not the end, used the actual achievements and effectiveness of the new process to validate the actual result and value and the proposed the safeguards of process optimization.This thesis aimed to through the software optimization in the field trail test of H Company to design a better process to adapt the needs of the company’s development needs. Then H Company can provide useful help for other companies.
