The rapid growth momentum of China’s auto industry flattens out, and the car sales will decrease substantially until 2012.The lower car sales brought a heavy blow to the car sales enterprises. Our car sales market continues murky and it is difficult to remain the previous wealth myth. The car market is bound to face a new round of reshuffle. Bad management of automobile sales companies face the danger of eliminating during the reshuffle. How to hold a position in the competition has become a question that each car sales enterprise must consider. There are various competitions among various brands 4S shop, and so are the same brand. How to get more market share has become the primary problem that the 4s shops need to solve.The automotive industry is not booming as it used to be. Some of the automobile sales enterprises perform well as before, but some of them results in a downturn in the depressed market, and even being reshuffled out. I find their great differences in the operational mechanism by analyzing the two different results of enterprises.This article pointed out providing customers with good service plays an important role in promoting profit, through the analysis of the current car sales enterprise operating performance. If you want to occupy more market share, to gain dominant position in competition and to get a better level of profitability, the 4 s shops must reconsider their business emphasis from "sales" to "service" in the long run.Service marketing can bring sales growth. It can also guarantee automobile sales companies make money through after-sale services, financial services, etc. Thus it forms a spiral of profit model to continually drive the car sales profit of the enterprise. In order to provide better service, the car sales enterprises must change ideas, let the service marketing concept runs through the operating mechanism of enterprises, let the service marketing concept guide every employee’s action, and let every consumer customers touched by high quality service level. We must improve the management mechanism of enterprises. The sales enterprise can become a veritable "sales service enterprise" from a mere "sales company" to form a good service environment.
