Enterprise Benefit Research Based On Product Structure(process) Optimization Of XX Mining Area

At present, coal industry of China faces overcapacity, unreasonable industrial structure, the economic downturn dilemma, and most of the coal enterprises are facing losses problem. Thus, it is the only way for coal enterprise to optimize the product structure and improve the efficiency of coal industry. This paper serves the current situation of coal resources as entry point, and produces related products according to market analysis and user demand, in order to continuously meet market needs, optimize product structure, and create greater benefits for the enterprise.The thesis focus on mining products, takes market as guidance, analyzes according to market, user needs and characteristics of product, and optimize current product structure by theoretical analysis, practical research and field research, to ensure market needs. Firstly, this paper starts with user needs. With lower ash fusibility of coal in the mining area according to user needs in East China and South China, it conducts matching coal experiment for ×× coal characteristics, from coal itself, analyzes different user demand for coal ash fusibility, matches user satisfaction product by allocation experiment. Secondly, it conducts technical innovation for existing production processes and selected coal plant, to improve efficiency of coal deep-production, reduce production cost, product marketable products, making and sales closely joining. It is the only way for coal enterprise to optimize the product structure. Enterprises can occupy market place by providing high-quality and clean energy. The research result provides ideas and methods for mining area. It is helpful for enterprises to improve market competitiveness and economic benefits.Product structure(process) optimization includes: taking market as guidance, producing marketable products, conducting technical innovation for existing production processes, and improving production efficiency. This paper only focus on mining products, while there are other optimization methods. Improving washing ability isn’t considered here, which is necessary to research in further word.
