In the year of 2005, the domestic telecommunications services market was saturated, profit margin was squeezed significantly, competition was increasingly fierce, private communication services companies were more difficult to achieve better development in this relatively monopolistic environment. At the end of 2005, Zhongcheng Communication Company was in the poor state of capital constraint, high-end technical staff idle. There was a bottleneck of the company while the situation of overseas communications services market gradually becoming clear, and showing a good momentum of development. The core of the company’s development is to achieve higher investment returns with limited funding, and allow companies to develop quickly and steadily. Zhongcheng Communication Company has decided to adjust all the development strategy, reduce the domestic business and concentrate on seizing and developing overseas markets quickly.The paper uses the perspectives and tools of strategic management to analyze the internal and external factors of the strategic goals of Zhongcheng Communication Company, discuss in detail on the strategic development and the three phases of practicing the overseas strategy, review and summarize the course of three-year overseas development. Facts have proved that the strategy adjustments made by Zhongcheng Communication Company have gained to the benefit and development of win-win situation for the company, helped the company to complete short-term development goals better, and played a key role to the company’s growth and development.The understanding of the company development strategy not only directly affects the company’s global development, but also determines the company’s ability to survive in the market environment, and is crucial aspect in the company’s management, so I chose the title of " Analysis on overseas market development strategy of Zhongcheng communication company" to analyze and discuss in detail.I hope the company can continue to secure the development of overseas markets and to maintain a keen insight into the market. I also hope that this paper could play a enlightening for domestic communications services to expand their services in international telecommunications market.
