Optimization Research On Job Of BV Vehicle Damage Assessment

This thesis focuses upon vehicle damage assessment in BV in which the author had an internship. During the research, relevant theories home and abroad, together with trends of application studies, are followed up and touched upon. In the following paper, the author firstly briefly elaborates on performance of current vehicle damage assessment in BV, and then, a deep analysis has been made into the general process of BV vehicle damage assessment under the guidance of several theories, such as Program Analysis, Bench Marking, DTSIS, Analysis of Therbligs, and Modeling. After pointing out its major problems here, the author endeavors to define reasons and preliminarily develops general standards of optimization. By using some scientific methods, for instance, method study, work measurement and cost analysis, he provides with solutions, and evaluates their performance, the future trends of constantly improving vehicle damage assessment are pointed out as well.So that the efficiency of vehicle damage assessment in BV could be improved,as well as its service and customer satisfaction.
