SE company is one of the world’s largest lithium-ion battery production base in the development and production of the small lithium-ion rechargeable batteries and battery accessories.It has been in a leading position in the market, but with the market competition the change from the single machine for large batch to the multi machine for small batches, and the continual profit in the competition,the lower costs and the improvement of officiency are in urgent need.The thesis is based on this background.The research object of this project is the actual production of lithium ion battery core body in the negative electrode production process optimization and improvement.The practice is on the basis of the theory work study, and the application research is carried on with the actural production process.That is the work study on the practical application. The main process and content are as follows:(1) The application research on program analysis technology. Aiming is used to at the negative electrode overall production process, the program analysis technology make an analysis on current situation,and at the same time lay the foundation for follow-up study.(2) The application research on operation analysis technology. The most difficult process which influences the through anode electrode production is the coating engineering.According to the non productive time for coating in Engineering (loading and unloading operation, machine cut for operation) The optimization scheme will be found with the flexible use of people process program chart,the operation analysis chart,the questioning technology and optimization technology.(3) The application research on motion analysis technology. In the analysis on model for operation change we found coating head ontology operation is very complicated, and there are a large number of screws requiring removing and installing, which belong to typical repetitive work, The both hands operation analysis is carried on the method of motion analysis. The repetitive work times are reduced by improving the components and tools, thereby reducing the switching time.(4) The application on work measurement and standardization technology. In order to improve the practical implementation of the optimization scheme in the actual production process,A new standard working method and time standard have been worked out according to the improved scheme.The staff are trained by the new operating standards for the education,then the implementation of optimized method will be improved.This research not only consider the optimization improvement research program,also with the practical application closely integrated.The study is helpful for enterprises to adapt to the demand characteristics of small batch,multi type and the improvement of production efficiency.It also provides a reference, replicable templates for the enterprise in other branches of production and production project improvement.Besides,it lays a foundation for the sustainable improvement.
