Energy Efficiency Indicator System And Measure On Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Belong to large energy consumption industry, equipment manufacturing enterprises are key monitored environmental pollution one at the same time.How to improve the energy efficiency of the enterprise, to reduce the pollution to the environment, and from high energy intensive and pollution enterprise transition to low energy and low pollution and high benefit of enterprises is a difficult problem encountered in the development of many equipment manufacturing enterprises.For past researches of energy efficiency have focused more on the macro and micro levels, the focus to the micro enterprise is less.In this paper, different from the past practices,the research on energy efficiency use comprehensive analysis to the energy consumption characteristics of the equipment manufacturing enterprise and influence factors of energy efficiency from the perspective combined complex systems and energy informatics,provides great application value and guidance for the enterprises enhancing the level of energy efficiency.On the basis of retrospective study, first of all, this paper analyzed systematically the energy efficiency of the enterprise in the view of theory multigroup, and described the complex system characteristics of the energy consumption of equipment manufacturing enterprise, and analyzed enterprise energy management system under the perspective of the energy informatics; Secondly, this paper builds energy efficiency indicator system for equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the Driver-Pressure-State-Response(DPSR)model, and uses the Analytic Network Process(ANP) with the help of Super Decisions a decision analysis software to determine the indicators weight;Finally,equipment manufacturing enterprise CM company was conducted an empirical analysis on energy efficiency,and to design respectively from the top, middle and micro levels,to put forward management countermeasures and suggestions for energy efficiency management for the enterprise,especially for enterprise energy management informationization under the perspective of energy informatics.The completion of this paper is an attempt for combining the indicator system of energy efficiency, the theory of energy informatics with the enterprise energy management practice.The energy efficiency research object narrowed down to the enterprise level, notonly enhance the depth of research, but also help improve the results for the enterprise’s main body of applicability.And improve the energy efficiency through the integration of information systems on theoretical framework of energy informatics can effectively guide the enterprise energy management practice.
